Exercise therapy is a key component to each patient’s routine. Therapeutic exercises are prescribed to help patients restore function, prevent injuries, increase flexibility and mobility, and maintain good health.
At Pulse Chiropractic and Wellness, our goal is to get you back to where you want to be when it comes to your physical, mental, and spiritual health. It’s all connected. So we don’t just make adjustments to your spine, neck, and back. We look at your entire wellness profile and do what we can to help you attain independence once again as quickly as possible.
Exercise, nutrition, meditation, and physical activity can all go a long way in terms of your health and wellness. Those things, in combination with other treatments, are essential to each patient’s treatment plan and ultimately achieving a well-balanced lifestyle.
Exercise therapy can include anything from simple stretches on mats, balancing exercises on the ball, low-resistance strengthening exercises with bands, and more. We work with each patient to determine where they are experiencing chronic or acute pain, and we design an exercise regimen to help strengthen the muscles around these areas and alleviate pain. The long-term goal is to build up the muscles so that the range of motion of joints is greater and overall flexibility is too.
